-How you started yoga/why you do yoga: I started doing yoga as a new way to work out, but quickly found that the experience was much more than physical. Since my first yoga experience at CorePower Yoga, I’ve found greater physical and mental fitness, but also unlocked my personal and professional potential
-Favorite yoga playlist: an entire playlist would be hard to choose, but I like electronic, interesting beats that help students work hard and not take themselves too seriously

-Why do you want to be a part of Soul Pose? Soul Pose is the most fun yoga party I’ve ever been to – it embodies the spirit that I try to create in my studio classes
-What sets Soul Pose apart? Black lights, face paint, and confetti dance parties!
-If you could rename any yoga pose… I’d rename lots of poses in the Bikram sequence – too many ‘forehead to knee’ variations to keep them all straight!
-What celebrity would you want to do yoga with? I’d let anyone with ‘celebrity’ status practice alone – I’m sure they’d appreciate the quiet time J (But I did once meet Colin Farrell at CPY-Hollywood!)
