Hi, I’m Heather!
Influenced by a variety of different environments, teachers, and trainings, I strive to bring forth a powerful source of meditation and asana within the yoga practice. The main goal is to bring someone to the mat and have them leave challenged in someway, whether that be physically, mentally or emotionally.
5 facts about Heather:
-I was teased when I was younger for being tall… So I refer to my height as 5’12” rather than 6’. :)
-I think meditation is best practiced in places you wouldn’t expect... Like sitting in traffic!
-My best advice for yogis is just keep coming back, keep participating and keep your heart open.
-My favorite quote is “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make” - Paul McCartney
-My spirit animal is a giraffe!
Hey, I’m Cynthia!
15 years ago, out of curiosity, I took my first Hatha Yoga lesson in my home country of Mexico. I immediately knew yoga would be integral in my life. I think Soul Pose is an opportunity to feel pure joy and happiness. I’m excited to bring people closer to yoga through this unique experience and help you to feel yoga awaken your senses. My best advice for Soul Pose Yogis? “Be.” Don't try to become. Accept yourself as you are and embody your best self!
5 fun facts about Cynthia:
-Favorite quote: "Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." - The Bhagavad Gita
-I love running, spinning, swimming, and dancing. Whatever makes me feel better and happy!
-If I could eat any food for the rest of my life, it would definitely be mangos.
-If I could do yoga with a celebrity, I would choose Deepak Chopra. His curiosity about life fascinates me.
-My session in one word: Open

As a wife and mother to a very active 8 year old boy, I enjoys the practice of yoga to bring balance to my busy active lifestyle.
